Esther is a software engineer with over 4 years’ experience in mobile applications development. She started her career as a Software Development Intern, at iSys Software Kenya, a danish-based software firm. Her focus was on developing several interesting Android based projects and was part of the team that launched JamboJetter – The first ever mobile based game by a local airline in the country.
Hesbourne has acquired vast experience conducting rapid needs assessments, baseline assessments, follow-ups, mid-term and end-term evaluations, Monitoring and Evaluation studies across Africa (e.g. Tanzania, Kenya, Uganda, Somalia, Zambia, Gambia, Nigeria, Rwanda, etc.). He also has acquired skills in compiling and validating research data; Data Management and Analysis; and Report writing.
Tarirai Muoni is a Zimbabwean who is currently doing his PhD in Crop Production Ecology at Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences, affiliated with International Livestock Research Institute (ILRI, Nairobi). He is mainly focused on the use of legumes in smallholder farming systems in sub-Saharan Africa with main emphasis on farmer perceptions and legume productivity.
