Project Management and Financing

Our model includes financing small to large scale bankable projects through partnering with national and international financing partners. We understand the complexity of projects and appreciate each project has its own different goals and objectives. We work with our clients through the entire project cycle from initiation to project closure and we do monitoring and evaluation of the projects we have done to ensure compliance and corrective actions taken for future projects. We have currently partnered with the county governments to implement our current projects. We are not limited to counties and also consult for private entities including NGOs, SMEs and multi-national organizations.

Operations Management

We offer operation management services in improving operations of SME’s and large enterprises. These involve improving operations of employees by streamlining work that creates value, identification of technology that maximizes efficiency and also identify equipment that can help employees do more work.
