Lilian holds an MBA (Strategic Management) and an MA (Monitoring an Evaluation) degree. She is a full member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM-UK) through the Chartered Post-graduate Diploma in Marketing. She holds Bachelors in Business Administration (Marketing).
She is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). Lilian also has an advanced Diploma II in Maritime Studies from the prestigious Institute of Chartered Shipbrokers UK where she is also a member where she undertook Professional Qualification Examination including ; Legal Principles in shipping business, Port Agency Advanced Diploma Multi modal Transport and Logistics, Shipping Business, Economics of Sea Transport and International Trade Diploma- Introduction to shipping, Liner Trades.
She has received the following honors and awards;
